In a fully renovated building from the 1970s, Philips found the ideal place for a new chapter. Rooted in reuse and ready for the future. Not a standard office, but a fresh, open environment with a positive energy in the air. Daylight flows into the building, natural materials make it welcoming, and the layout encourages movement, collaboration, and moments to recharge when needed. The result is a bright, vibrant home base where meeting and focusing come naturally.

Wellbeing in Motion
Biophilic design principles are woven throughout the entire interior. Generous planting appears between workstations and shared spaces, accompanying you along circulation routes. Plants, natural textures, and visual connections through the building contribute to stress reduction, improved focus, and a strong connection to nature. Acoustic comfort, clear wayfinding, and a serene material palette support both physical and mental wellbeing.

Threefold Daylight
At the heart of the building are three atria, each with its own identity and atmosphere. They draw daylight deep into the interior and act as social anchors. Places to pause, meet, or simply catch your breath. These open spaces enhance orientation, make the building feel light and lively, and create an overall sense of community: approachable, connected, and always subtly in motion.

A Flexible Landscape
The interior is designed as a flexible landscape full of variety. From open collaboration areas to quiet zones and individual workspaces, employees can choose how and where they prefer to work depending on the task and the moment. Second Life, Future Ready
The former school building has been given a second life that aligns seamlessly with Philips’ sustainability ambitions. Circular materials, energy-efficient solutions, and biodiversity around the building together form a future-proof foundation.
