Dsm-firmenich’s new head office in Maastricht has been completed. Located in the bustling Wyck district, this project combines the charm of the listed Ambachtsschool with the modern design of the new building. A smart, sustainable and healthy working environment was created that combines modern elements, such as the large atrium, with the historical essence of the building. The biophilic design with open spaces, plenty of greenery, natural materials and natural daylight promotes well-being and environmental awareness among users. The implementation of solar panels on the façade and roof and smart sensors will make the Maastricht office Paris Proof.
