Fokkema & Partners Architects is designing the interiors for the shared spaces, including a public café, event areas, and workspaces surrounding a multifunctional atrium. The nine-story building will accomodate offices, labs, a showcase lab, and a rooftop terrace.

The atrium, filled with natural light, serves as the heart of the building and provides a connecting to the terrace. Biophilic design elements integrate the outdoors with the interior. A signature bar on the public square and the tiles in the floor subtly refer to the special circular façade design.
