The warm, earthy tones of the façade provide a soft, tactile appeal, contrasting with the otherwise sharp, business-like character of the Zuidas area. By incorporating circular materials like the reclaimed roof tiles, the design not only represents innovation and reduced CO2 emissions but also introduces a fresh urban aesthetic.
